In 2019, Thando boldly entered Babcock's apprenticeship program, setting the stage for an inspiring journey of determination and dream-chasing. From stripping engines to overhauling transmissions, she doesn't just break stereotypes – she excels at it. Thando even takes the wheel as the designated driver on site.
