At Babcock, we offer our clients state-of-the-art mobile crane equipment to service their construction and plant service needs

At Babcock, we offer our clients state-of-the-art mobile crane equipment to service their construction and plant service needs. Whether it’s to meet the needs of large or small contractors, we specialise in the provision of mobile crane hire with a wide range of roadworthy, licensed fleet options. Our crane collection is made up of 160 cranes, ranging from 8 to 600 tons, available for hire or to purchase.

Our largest mobile crane in the fleet is the Liebherr LG1550 lattice boom crane, ideal for wind farms, mines and large infrastructure projects. This heavy-duty crane is recommended for a range of lifting requirements, delivering positive results for many of our high-profile clients’ engineering projects. These cranes require minimal setup and can significantly improve maintenance and efficiency on your site.

There are a handful of needs that play a role when browsing for mobile cranes. Before choosing a crane, we advise our clients to consult with us about their lifting needs. This allows us to assist you with the different types of mobile cranes and the mobile crane sizes best suited to your project’s requirements.

With a proven track record in providing reliable, cost-effective and safe mobile crane hire, we are constantly adapting our service offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
