Babcock's Jetpark facility, established in 1993, is a leading South African specialist in the fabrication, manipulation, and testing of high-pressure piping for boiler applications. This includes waterwall furnaces, superheaters, economizers, headers, and manifolds.
Certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 quality standards, we deliver precision-engineered tube and pipework solutions to the energy, pulp and paper, metallurgical, mining, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Some of our services around boiler systems, include modular system replacements, hp piping, burner manipulations and plant performance optimization and equipment life extensions.
We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier thermal solutions through our specialized H finning services. Our expertise in this metalworking technique allows us to enhance the heat transfer efficiency of your components, ensuring optimal performance.
Babcock provides highly specialised tube bending services to the boiler market. We are able to cold bend tubes with specialised CNC bending machines. We can automatically manipulate any length of tube according to the customer’s engineering drawings.
