To guarantee the quality of your welding equipment, regular calibration is essential to deliver consistent welding results throughout the machines life. Our expert team of technicians are fully trained according to contemporary safety standards and will connect your welding system to a calibration station to measure voltage, amperage, and wire feed speed. It is also an option to determine the gas flow rate of the welding current source.
Calibration and machine repairs are done at our on-site repair centre or at the client. A full diagnostic report, calibration and load test certificate is provided. Combining safety inspections with calibration is an effective way of saving time and money.
Technicians are fully trained and repair all brands of machines. Babcock is an approved international Lincoln Electric fields service repair centre with welding experience of over 60 years. All our technicians are annually updated on the latest equipment available.
