From struggles to success for Moose

Moose, a 28-year-old from Orange Farm, faced significant financial challenges that hindered his progress in completing his National Diploma in Civil Engineering. With unemployment holding him back, he turned to tutoring and computer repair work to support his family, but his lack of workplace experience limited his opportunities.

In 2022, Moose joined the YES Program, supported by Babcock, a Top 50 sponsor championing youth employment. He was placed at Afrika Tikkun Services as a Junior Administrator, where he gained valuable skills in onboarding, document verification, and payroll management. These experiences enhanced his communication, data management, and compliance abilities, paving the way for a more secure future.

The YES Program was a turning point for Moose, opening doors that led to permanent employment with Afrika Tikkun Services.
