Itumeleng, 33, from Sebokeng, faced significant challenges as a single mother of two. Struggling to provide for her family, she searched for an opportunity to turn her life around. In June 2023, Itumeleng joined Afrika Tikkun’s YES Program, supported by Babcock as one of the Top 50 sponsors championing youth employment.
Through the program’s work readiness training, Itumeleng gained practical skills, knowledge, and newfound confidence that empowered her to take on new opportunities.
