The 4th Annual SEIFSA Awards for Excellence took place in May this year and we are proud to announce that Babcock took top honours in the Health & Safety category. The Health & Safety Award seeks to reward an organisation with the lowest Lost-Time Injury (LTI) Frequency Rate and an effective risk management system.
Babcock's engineering team completed a 1.5 million man-hour project without any serious injuries. Employees and management were supported by comprehensive training and risk mitigation measures were monitored through the Safety Lens Programme.
