SEIFSA Award Recognition

Engineering was shortlisted for a SEIFSA Award in the Workplace Health and Safety category - a recognition of our unwavering commitment to prioritising employee wellbeing - and we are proud to share that we secured second place.

The nomination acknowledges Engineering's outstanding safety performance on the Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) upgrade and maintenance project at a local power station. This was a high-risk, technically demanding project that required exceptional precision, discipline and teamwork from every member of the team.

Despite working in confined spaces and at significant heights, the team delivered more than 1.4 million hours without a Lost Time Injury, maintaining a Zero Harm record since the project began in March 2023. This achievement reflects our strong safety culture, proactive leadership and practical, hands-on risk management approach.

Securing second place is a testament to this remarkable performance and showcases the collaboration, innovation and commitment that define how we create a safe and secure world together.
